  1. The way Profar was positioned, Grichuk could have seriously injured him while maintaining a legal slide. Profar is lucky Grichuk popped up.
  2. Middle infielders have to have the majority if not all the responsibility in getting out of the way while making the throw. It was always a skill that went along with the rest of their skill sets. It was always part of the game and was never an issue. The Utley slide was dirty. I agree with the runner having to maintain contact with the bag, but if physical contact occurs while doing so, then that's on the infielder.
  3. MLB please step up and get rid of this little girl rule and force middle infielders to use their skills.
  4. This ******** rule really took so much out of the game. f*** this.. Profar's fault 100%
  5. Use this one, I was late anyway and Org did sweep the A's in Oakland.
  6. Sogard (SS) Smoak (1B) Grichuk (CF) Guerrero Jr (3B) Hernandez (LF) Drury (2B) Tellez (DH) Jansen © Hanson (RF) Sanchez (P)
  7. I think it was understood by everyone that what counts is the date when he makes his MLB debut.
  8. Who will be Vladdy's top challengers for rookie of the year?
  9. You're definitely an East Coaster.
  10. I really really hope Atkins isn't concerned about losing Hanson through waivers. Nobody in their right mind would claim him.
  11. True, but the casuals don't know who De Paula is, nor do they follow the MiLB.
  12. Ego driven.. Atkins hoping Hanson puts together a decent stint with the big club to justify the Pillar trade to the casuals.
  13. I know whomever is in the booth is irrelevant to the outcome of the game, just noting Shulman has a horrible record.
  14. f***, wins are hard to come by when Shulman is in the booth.
  15. I think they're still watching his pitch counts.
  16. Grichuk is definitely not a centre fielder.
  17. Teoscar was jogging out of the box initially, then pulled up for a second rounding first, but still decided to continue on to second. He was out by 10 feet, I don't get it.
  18. SF got to Buchholz. 1-0 SF, middle of the fourth.
  19. Both pitchers perfect through three innings, although the Jays have hit the ball hard 4-5 times.
  20. I'll try, but I am going up against the Dan Shulman jinx.
  21. Buchholz cruising.. Perfect through three innings on 32 pitches.
  22. Another hard hit ball from the Jays, Tellez lines out to LF.
