Well nobody saw Romero turning into a completely useless player. The contract looked goo when it was signed. But Happ, Izzy, and Thole could have all been avoided, and thats an extra 10mil we could spend. Stephen Drew?

The right thing to do is to release him. Like, s***... I would choose Drabek for the rotation over Happ at this point.

Good. McGowan should be put in the rotation, and they should just let him pitch until his arm falls off.

We rush players back all the time. Reyes admitted he wasn't 100% when he came back last year, and Lawrie came back way too early as well. Bautista was rushed back in 2012 and re-injured his wrist after a couple of games. There are plenty of examples of our FO bringing players back when they aren't ready.
