That's what bothers me. I don't really mind if a guy is just bad at determining balls and strikes, but the flowery language used by Phillips indicates a JPA like misunderstanding of the game, and an overpowering arrogance and resistance to change. All of these "geeks" have proven that Votto's approach is the correct one from a run production standpoint but none of these guys will pay it any mind.

I don't like peaches very much. I did forget McIntosh apples. If it's not clear by now, I don't care for purely sweet fruit. Sweet and tart is the only way to go. Not a big fan of peaches, honeydew, blueberries, dragon fruit, etc.
