    This fanbase is generally one of the worst in the league. Fickle, dumb, fairweather and very opinionated despite these things. No one should be seriously considering any kind of consensus from Jays fans. Stacking up on pitching prospects is generally a bad idea, and the farm is rife with talent. You have your Groshans, Vlad, Bo, Smith types but then some guys with high upside who don't get mentioned like Stevenson, Kirk, Lopez, Young, Spanberger, etc. I'm not really sure what they could have done better to put themselves in a spot to compete by 2020. There's basically no money on the books and a ton of intriguing talent on the way.

    Alford is terrible. No idea why so many people are torn up about him being in the minors. I get this season doesn't matter, but what's the point of trying to get water from a stone? Alford will provide AAA depth probably for the rest of his career. Also, where "decent young lottery ticket" = fringe org top 50 prospect.

    MiLB First Pitch has apparently been rebuilt from the ground up. It works kind of like MLB At Bat but you can follow minor league teams by major league affiliation. If you have MiLB.tv, you can also watch games on your mobile device through the app.

    As someone who keeps exotic pets, municipal bylaws control the ability to keep certain animals and most of them reek of someone writing them because they had nothing better to do. For example, and this city is one of the worst, London has a bylaw with a 12/24 rule for reptiles. This means you are not allowed to own lizards that are longer than 12" (so adult bearded dragons are illegal to own) and no snakes longer than 24", which essentially limits you to garter snakes. Why? Because f*** you, that's why. When I was looking for a house, it came down to Guelph or Cambridge and now that I'm going to be moving to Cambridge, I'm supposed to somehow get rid of all of my arachnids. Why the government cares so much about legally acquired, captive bred, harmless pets while letting people own dogs is beyond my understanding. Municipal governments are filled with morons on power trips.

    I've said this before, but I honestly don't think Buck is that bad. One of his traits is that his performance seems heavily influenced by who he's partnered with. So Buck and Dan are great, but pair Buck with a dumbshit like Tabler and Buck just feeds on all of Tabby's ********. Also, Tabler seems incapable of stating something without asking a question, so it kind of forces Buck to respond. Get rid of Tabler and the broadcast would be so much better. Hell, just give Buck a flask of rye and put a Tabler cutout in the booth and the broadcast would be so much better.
