I highly doubt Colon gets 14 million. The A's won't make him a qualifying offer and I can't see anybody else offering that much. -
Took me a minute to figure out WTF you were talking about. I think he actually gives himself an extra inch or two of reach with that thing. I'm surprised we don't see more guys wearing that type of protection, if I remember correctly Davis was constantly having problems with his fingers before he started wearing it.

I'd rather extend Davis, he probably won't cost much and he's one of the more valuable 4th outfielders in the league. He's also been one of the best base stealers in all of baseball this season.

So one ball bounces over his head and now he's struggling defensively? The Rasmus I've been watching this year isn't having any defensive problems that concern me. I'd make Gose earn his spot, we have enough players on this team with an OBP in the .250 range. The 12 stolen bases with just a 50% success rate is abysmal, he's done nothing this season to show he belongs with the big club.

I agree with this completely. Beeston has done an amazing job of making baseball relevant again in Canada. It's time to start putting the blame on the players instead of the front office, almost every player AA acquired during the off season has underperformed. My biggest beef with the FO right now is running Bonifacio out there every f***ing day.

Best team in the AL over the past 37 games is shocking. It's amazing what a 5 game win streak can accomplish, hopefully they keep it going tonight.

I actually prefer it without the videos. Even the pics are annoying, it's rather disturbing to see a near naked man pop up on my computer screen. I'm not even sure why users are posting s*** like that. Some of us have wives, children, employers etc, who really don't want/need to see this. Maybe the admin could set some sort of rule against posting inappropriate material or, at least keeping it to the off topic forum.
