    Crouse was drafted in like the 30th round so thats a risk you take every draft because of his huge tools. Hawkins and Anderson are just bad.

    In theory yes but it depends what Bickford's expections are and what Brentz's expections are. Plus losing a first round pick only to get another in a more talented draft class next year is not a bad end game. Im just saying Brickford is an overdraft and he shouldn't be paid as if he is dropped a few spots. Im mostly likely missing something here but They have to play hardball

    I prefer the jays approach of drafting big armed lefties in the later rounds whether because of injuries or overslot demands. Last year Borucki, this year Brentz

    AA shouldn't go 1 cent over slot for Bickford. A lefthander who touches 97 is a bigger get then a hard throwing righthander with no feel for secondary pitches.

    Your list is all types of crazy. Norris, Stroman and Smoral are still ahead of any 2013 draft picks. If Tirado has a good short season then he is top ten. Lopes might be the only position player to make it and that might be at #10

    I remember that magical 2007 season, AJ healthy,Marcum throwing 7 innings of 1 hitter and Dusty fulfilling on his talent before the dreaded rotater cuff surgery.

    What interesting approach, extreme but I don't see how us as fans and prospects watchers can be mad. This is a really s***** draft in terms of elite talent and depth. What they do next year is probably go back to mixing it up. I can't say anything but wow.
