Yeah I don't think they have to offer jack s***. The 11th pick has only one more year of protection left. 9th has 2. It would behoove them to sign both immediately seeing as both can in the majors in 2 years. -

True but if Gose strikes out as much as Rasmus, no way he gets on base close to league average

This but I understand the love for Gose's defense and speed. Its not enough when Rasmus plays above average D, runs the bases very well and can slug his way to .800 ops. All at the number 6 or 7 spot in your line up
