    Its pretty bad when two teams spend 7 million or and get almost nothing of value. What would you say is the rays' draft strategy? I honestly don't know what their mindset is going into each draft. With the Red Sox and Jays, its athletes (Red Sox have a better development system). Yankees have no idea wtf they are doing. Orioles have no plan being the first round. Rays are drafting like J.P pre 2009 draft.

    Wow at paying Asdrubal Cabrera market value. Scherzer will sign a long term that a team will regret almost immediately when he signs.
