I like the white panel caps the best. Every other blue team uses the solid blue cap with logo so the white panel stands out.
It's not as good as the one with the old logo and baseball behind it though.
Because there's like a million different things happening within each play and every play has a high level of importance. It's like chess with live human beings.
Just too many strikeouts these days. Especially in the playoffs, every inning there's a new pitcher who throws 98 mph and batters pretty much have no chance most of the time.
They have no idea how to market baseball to young people. All my friends think it's slow and boring. Doesn't help that there hasn't been a worthy MLB game for PC or Xbox in over a decade.
And in 2015 they should have won 100 games. Just once I want them to have great luck in one run games and make the playoffs like the f***ing Orioles did that one year.
Those mid/late 2000s teams were good. I remember one of them had the best offense then the next year they had the best pitching. Just couldn't put it together because of injuries and being in the same division as the Yanks and red sox.
I'm pretty sure Sanchez was the crown jewel. Some people thought Syndergaard was going to be a reliever. He wasn't even the centerpeice in the dickey deal lmao
Dickey was pretty awesome for the Mets but as soon as he came here it was like the league adjusted to him.
He can still probably pitch today, sign him up Atkins.
