Sure Ross' market value might be 9 million but do we want to pay him that? You can find a 3+D player (And Ross can't even seem to play D these days) for less.

Derozan is going to come up after next year and is going to get at least 15 a year because he was an "all-star". I truly believe there is no way he's on this team past next year or we're headed to a half decade of treadmilling. And if Ross asks for 10 million a year, he can GTFO too.
