    Quite possibly. *Edit: I should rephrase what I said. It was very close, on gameday it was a strike, and as Dylan mentioned, it's been called a strike all game so far.

    From a Shi Davidi article: "The Blue Jays are believed to be paying him between $500,000-$600,000 in the majors and about $12,000 a month in the minors, and hold a $1-million option on him for 2014 which if declined allows him to become a free agent."

    He made $625,000 last year with the Mariners. I seem to recall a recent article mentioning how much he makes on the MLB roster, but I can't remember what the amount is. I think it's a little more than league minimum.
