  1. Buck Martinez just sourced his info from Fangraphs.... good first step! OUCH Hanigan!
  2. Thanks for your suggestion!! I will implement this tomorrow, I used to do it but I stopped because there was a limit of pics per post but I think that's gone now. Thanks!

Jays: The Jays have yet to give up a homer in the first 3 games of the year which is the 3rd longest streak in Franchise history. The longest streaks happened in 1989 and 1999, both 5 straight games to begin the season. Jose Reyes's MRI showed only an inflammation in his hamstring, and he is hopeful to return in the middle of April. He missed 30 games in total, 2 different 15-day DL stints, with the Mets in 2012 with the same injury. The Blue Jays' 19 consecutive non-winning series streak at Tropicana Field is at 19 right now, which is the longest active streak of it's kind since the Rays in Fenway Park from 2000-05 (25 straight series!). With a win tonight, they can end this streak! Rays: The Rays are just 1-for-17 with runners in scoring position over the past two games. Tampa Bay's bullpen has allowed just one run in nine innings. The only run came against right-hander Josh Lueke on a home run by Toronto right fielder Jose Bautista on Wednesday night. The Rays have taken every series at the Trop since April 6-8, 2007 with the Rays taking 19 of the next 20 series and splitting a 4 game series once. The Rays' 148 wins against the Jays (and their 83 wins at home vs. the Jays) are the most against any MLB team for the Rays. I'm tried of making Rays notes, bring on the Yanks! Standings: http://i.imgur.com/bJidLzi.png Venue: http://www.andrewclem.com/Baseball/Diag/TropicanaField.gif I hope you guys enjoy the GDT! Please leave feedback and ideas/improvements for future GDTs!
  4. MVP 05 WAS THE s***!!!!! On a similar note, I remember my first dumn thread... I took on the board, trying to convince them Ricky Romero's still the best pitcher on the Jays because he's our Ace and ERA lol oh god It's true but this is the internet in a nutshell. The loudest voice/biggest following will trample the small, it's always been like this on the internet on any forum you visit
  5. Same here! I'm on Twitter literally 24/7 (check my tweet history) and I'd love to promote stuff/interact with other people related to the Jays.
  6. Thank you for this post, I cringe a lot seeing usual members railing on new members
  7. Did Washington make JP lose sleep over it too? lmao
  8. Welcome (although you have been lurking ) to the board!! And yup that's being called as the 'Kevin Seitzer Effect' everyone's taking each at bat one pitch at a time now and they seem to know what they are looking for. They're also starting to spray the ball a lot more early on than before
  9. Against a RHP? Nope Melky Lawrie Bautista Edwin Lind Navarro Rasmus Goins Diaz
  10. Same, I can't wait to see McGowan!! He was my favourite pitcher before he got injured :/ From this board? I don't know about that, but I'm speculating that some more people will bump into this board and there's going to be an increase of traffic... could be just a hunch
  11. It is awesome to see another 1200+ post GDT! That's 3 straight! I hope we reach this tomorrow too, then I predict there's going to be a huge spike for the home opener
  12. So Santos comes in and walks Longo Cecil in, 0-2 count
  13. Lawrie probably's feeling like complete s*** to see MB pulled because of him
  14. Davis can hit Lefties well and can still 60 bases a season.... off the bench lol
