Shots are 73-64 for the Pens. Shesterkin has set a record for most saves in a game in Rangers franchise history, and the Penguins have set a record for most shots in a game in franchise history. Domingue has been excellent since being thrown to the wolves midway through that period. Penguins down to their third string goalie for the time being. Insane game. Here comes triple overtime!

I couldn't disagree more. Disregarding an entire season for one random week would be a huge oversight. Higher seed as the tiebreaker makes way more sense, in my opinion. Having earned the higher seed should mean something.
