I'm watching the game on MLB.tv and saw the Ramon Laureano 321-foot throw to double off the runner at first base. I've seen that highlight lots of times, but I just feel compelled to put that into perspective. That's 107 yards, longer than the length of a football field. And the throw couldn't have been more on the money than it was.

The trade was for Jake Lamb. I then dealt Jake Lamb back to Dinger this season for the pick. You best believe I'm going to draft the next Mike Trout with that pick!

I need to hold the young guys and hope they're for real/breakout. I certainly wouldn't be opposed to flipping Martinez for someone younger and I tried moving Bour last season, as well as in the offseason, but to no avail. I almost had a taker but it didn't work out. I'd move Albies in the right deal, but I have a feeling I'm better off holding at this point and hoping he improves next season. Mitch is just really good at baseball. Side note: I can't believe I'm looking at keeping three Reds starters.

I've got 21 players I really want to keep and about 15 of them are probably not even good. I need to start being on the receiving end of some freak breakouts or I could be in the cellar for a decade.
