    There was some brief discussion about including FV, but we quickly and unanimously agreed that future value just doesn't capture the likely range of outcomes that we wanted to present for each player. If there was enough interest in that, it's something that we could possibly include in the future, but we really like the percentile outcomes system that we used instead. Plus, I don't know of anyone else using the outcomes the way that we did, which makes it sort of unique. I also could be wrong about that, though.

    Nick would probably answer this more concisely than I, and he may do so, but I'll go ahead and explain my feelings on this. You make a fair point, although I feel like, collectively, we still like Hiraldo a great deal. He's #22 in a very deep system and he's only 18. We would certainly move him up if his performance continues to dictate such a move. We devalued him a little bit for the slide over to 3B on the defensive spectrum, but we still like the bat's potential quite a bit. The biggest knock against him currently is that he's so far away and has had barely any action outside of the DSL. We won't downgrade him for that horrendous small sample in the GCL, but I want to see him have a good year in 2019 before shoving him up the list. It's more that we're high on Orelvis as opposed to down on Hiraldo.

    1. Disagree. Cool the jets on Noda. If he's good, it's a bonus. Plus, there will be plenty of time to move him up if his performance dictates it at the higher levels. 2. We think Kirk could be good. Personally, I want to see more from him at a higher level. Because he's so obese for an athlete, I worry that he won't hold up. 3. We're thinking/hoping for more for Pearson than Kopech. Kopech hasn't even done anything yet. Thanks a lot for listening and sharing your thoughts.
