Nick would probably answer this more concisely than I, and he may do so, but I'll go ahead and explain my feelings on this.
You make a fair point, although I feel like, collectively, we still like Hiraldo a great deal. He's #22 in a very deep system and he's only 18. We would certainly move him up if his performance continues to dictate such a move. We devalued him a little bit for the slide over to 3B on the defensive spectrum, but we still like the bat's potential quite a bit. The biggest knock against him currently is that he's so far away and has had barely any action outside of the DSL. We won't downgrade him for that horrendous small sample in the GCL, but I want to see him have a good year in 2019 before shoving him up the list.
It's more that we're high on Orelvis as opposed to down on Hiraldo.
