    Gomes batting clean up in game 5 of the world series against an elite right hander is just so fail on Farrell's part before the game has even started. He just struck out looking at a curveball right down the middle of the plate.

    I can see it now. AA acquires Lynn and the board loves it... until we find out Sanchez is one of the pieces we're giving up. And then we find out Lynn is our biggest acquisition all off season. And then he goes to post an ERA over 6 in 2014. #BlueJaysBaseball #LoveThisTeam

    couldn't agree more.

    I called it the worst contract I've ever seen when I first heard the $ and years. Soon, it might not be too far off. 200+ mil for an aging fat guy just didn't sound enticing to me.

    Bautista's best season was when he was going to the opposite field more often. He even hit 300 that year.
