I noticed that as well, any reason to believe the Jays will take him is good with me. Based on my totally awesomely relevant, pro scouting expertise and hearsay, he looks like he can be Stroman who can strike guys out.

I would love if Quantrill makes it to the Jays, but if he's uninjured, he's a Top 10 easily, not sure he makes it to 21. Sheffield would be a sexy pick, and is a more realistic option. I saw some mocks saying that the Jays would take Jones. Plz no.
