    I honestly don't think Montoyo wants to do these things but felt pressured into it. I think Montoyo committing classic rookie mistakes where the plan he wants to do is not working so he's doing what everyone is telling him should be doing. Watching Urena and Gurriel yesterday was painful and they lucked out.
