Because of the main facility Dunedin would easily meet the MLB Strength and Conditioning board standards and dressing room standards. -

What amazes me is that out of all of this no one really talked about how amenities at the park for the players are part of the CBA, which was the real reason this was so difficult. Jays could have chose Buffalo and MLBPA could have filed a grievance -

I was just trying to point out that this was an individual opinion not part of a movement (I will admit that sometimes a single person can start a movement). I wouldn't have used "not happy" but I will say that this isn't the end. Now Indigenous rights groups will attempt to identify these newfound allies and leverage that for more power and eventually helping the communities that need it. Others of course will leverage it for personal gain and power as well.

Chappelle went to Washington's "Fame" (a theatre arts high school), I know I always respected the intelligence of Leroy, Julie and Coco. Both his parents were professors though. I wouldn't say I have any insight about players intelligence. Not the conversation I have with front office people. I can tell you which ones slept with other players girlfriends though. I won't...but I could.

This! It will always be about money and power. It took a hit to the pocketbook. I always wanted a player to be the first one to say "I won't play for them"...but that hasn't exactly done well for the careers of players in the past. Now it is time for FedEx and Nike to step up and deal with the real issues.

I do believe he is the only Princeton grad to play in the big leagues with Toronto. We drafted Buster Small but his game was not nearly as good as his handle.

He is in math and sciences. Mind you when discussing the CBA Luba has to correct him all the time as he doesn't understand things. I know he asks people to compare SAT scores all the time, so I'm assuming his were pretty good.

on field all of his antics involve pissing off the other team (especially the Giants). I always heard he was loved in the Dodgers dugout, at least after he dealt with his lack of effort issues.

I would rather see an org based winter league. Like 45 games with ( 30 to 40) players from all different levels. Start it in November end in January.

Fangraphs 5-10 years ago could have easily went subscription based. They would have to tear down their current business model...not rework it to be successful as a paid model.

And he cites that. He mentioned the five living grandparents of these children which he wants in their life. Also they were 2.5 months premature...they are at risk to lots of other things. They also refuse to have a live in nanny.
