  1. Acne yes that too. The erratic behaviour is about 3 percent of users and pretty much if you were ******* before steroids it's possible you'd just be a giant one after. The kidney issues are pretty much a product of high blood pressure. Keeping that in check will actually keep much of the supposed issues down. Yes I wrote a paper on steroids this year. The overall harm is pretty much equal to Vitamin B. It's funny cause I met Lyle Alzado years ago and he was certain that steroids were killing him.
  2. Many a Twitter rep were ruined that Yu night.
  3. Oshawa, Peterborough and Mississauga are all easy transit to the games. Stupid!
  4. I'm not staying up for 24 hours waiting to see the bids come in this time.
  5. They traded a 24 year old. With that said Ramirez has been rumoured to be available several times.
  6. Unless the horror stories involve some testicle shrinkage and some hair growth where they don't want it, they are probably ********.
  7. I think they are all pay sites now. GoAnimate is the biggest one I believe. About $5 a month.
  8. I've never won a fantasy trade in my life.
  9. Davidson = Brett Wallace. Great swing, makes line drive contact and has doubles power but strikes out way too much. Some reason these guys don't work out in the bigs. I wish I understood it cause I love high LD rates. The guy will probably be a butcher at 3B and can't run. Figuring out if a reliever will repeat a season is never easy but honestly I'll say that Addy averages about 1 WAR over the next 4. Davidson will have to BABIP his way to that.
  10. Obviously you missed the pic that Ang posted of himself...he doesn't need more sun
  11. MohYou is Zee. I've never bought the concept that Zee and Dogg were the same person. I honestly believe that Moh is South Asian...and Dogg is East Asian.
  12. I hate this power you have over the circle jerk. It's just not the same to do this without ECJF as the cracker.
  13. and a 20 on the road for the season.
  14. I take back my Thanks until you project future stats.
  15. I'm an extreme ellipsis abuser, so I can't say a thing.
  16. My point was that saying his defense was historical on such a small sample size is similar to saying his ratio was historically bad too. When I make my assessment, keep in mind I watched most Buffalo games too. I like the D, I just don't think his bat can play at a level for his D to make a difference. In the Jays situation, replacement level is an upgrade. As for saying keeping him on the bench won't help. Putting him in for situations where he can be successful, such as against right-handers without a superior fastball or later inning situations against relievers that don't have a good change-up. That'll help him be a successful guy...Jays just need the right guy to pair him up with. That's the hard part. It's hard to tell because AAA stringing is awful, but from the minors to the majors he's actually swinging at the same amount of pitches, somehow he's swinging at less inside the zone and almost three times as many outside of the zone. That's not a good sign. As I said stringing in the minors is awful, so I don't believe the 11% O-Swing is close to correct.
  17. I can say for certainty that no one, no matter how good their defense has survived as a major league regular with a 13/1 K to BB rate. Without increasing the BB-Rate and/or decreasing the K-rate his bat just can't survive 500 PA's. Unless of course he's the greatest 2B defensively ever and I can tell you for certain that he isn't. I'm a big Goins fan, probably rate him higher than most of the prospect hounds of the board do. However, I'm realistic that he's best in a defensive back up role. What I'm trying to say is that he's got to be historically good defensively to keep up his 2 win pace that he put up last year. That's asking a lot.
  18. 1st. AA likes his moves for starters to be for stats/names he can sell a ticket on. 2nd What makes you think that Espinosa recovers? It's not like he went down to AAA and found his bat, he just kept getting worse all year. His D isn't better than Goins IMO, so can his bat be that much better? If he recovers...it also means dealing with Boras in arbitration.
  19. I think Izturis will get more starts than Goins. Purely by how much money he's making.
  20. Replacement level can't reverse the trend...just hold it steady
  21. I still think he'll hook up with the A's for a middle. They have Lowrie, Callapso, Punto, Sogard, Parrino and Nakajima all on the 40. Miles Head probably moving up to AA this year. They also have one too many major league starters with Kazmir, Gray, Straily, Parker, Griffin and Milone. An overpay for Milone and Sogard?
  22. But the chemistry. We can't upset a player #20winChemistry
  23. I don't completely buy the Toronto can't sign a FA because it's Toronto. But when it comes to where a team is, perception is pretty huge. When the Jays were building their team last year, they probably could have convinced a bunch of FA's beyond Melky to sign. Toronto made dramatic trades last year and improved by 1 win, KC made dramatic trades last year and improved by 14 wins (as much as the trades hurt them and their improvements mostly came from young players already on their roster improving). As inept as I think Dayton Moore is, the fact that the only two members of their starting hitters being in their 30's (and both of them were acquired this off season...Infante and Ioki), in fact their entire bench is in their 20's as well I believe. To me to think that perception and probably reality, that KC isn't ahead of where Toronto is in development of a playoff team is pretty much being a homer.
  24. I didn't say he was good at it. He doesn't look at defense at all, when he does it's old scouting reports or someone who went and watched a player for a series.
  25. I jerked off to his interview where they asked him about Oscar T for Profar. He just talks on a very high level. He does better than anyone in the game at building an entire system. When everyone started talking about Moneyball, the price of OBP and players that take pitches went up. But the other aspect of Moneyball, drafting college players who can hit but might not have a scouts body...well things never really changed there. In turn, the Cards picked up Allan Craig, Matt Carpenter, Jon Jay, Descalsco, Adams...all later picks from college. I think the only two homegrown high schoolers in their lineup are Kozma and Yadier.
