If they score multiple runs here and save the game without Austin Jackson getting another hit, I'll beat Silvergun 10-2. 10-3 at the moment, likely to end that way.

There was a senior sign guy (Alex Azor) the Jays drafted a couple years ago who said he would have signed for a hot dog! This guy can get a real job after washing out of MiLB in a couple years. You kinda have to accept just for the experience. -

This is true. You also have Conforto, Zimmer and Fisher, none of whom really have loud tools. Lots of people will have to draft outside their comfort zone. Lots of high school right-handers deserve to go in the first round. Schwarber's still one of the only guys in the class with plus power and an okay hit tool, so despite being a real-life overdraft he should go early in fantasy.

It's Kolek with a 'K' (your favourite letter)! He seems to need a lot of development, primarily an arm strength guy right now. For that reason I'd probably prefer Hoffman. Although after the top four there was no clear way to proceed. Kolek and Hoffman are both good prospects.

I have Hoffman on my board despite not picking until 21 Like jays_fever, I'm a tad surprised at the pitcher prioritization. Although this was a pitching-heavy draft class.

I don't know why they would. It's not like the rapist is any good. That's what made it so strange that the Rays kept using him for so long. It's both bad PR and bad baseball decision-making.

I dunno, I think every kid is happy to be drafted by whatever team drafts him. You're just happy the wait is over if you're a later-round pick. And most of these kids will never play in Canada anyway lol

I've seen it on twitter lol. Minor league players are stupid. Manziel isn't taking anyone's spot. The Padres will just have to sign one more undrafted free agent to compensate for this. The same number of players will be playing baseball no matter how goofy teams are with their picks.

Okay. Well if nobody offers me a 5th/6th -> 1st upgrade for Matt Barnes in the next five minutes, I'm promoting him. Same with any upgrade for Cheslor Cuthbert.

I sent you what I find acceptable. Not really any room for negotiation. At the moment my plan is to promote Barnes (he'll get a cup of coffee and will be okay as an ML keeper) and cut Cuthbert, giving me two prospects.

We're not last minute yet I guess. I've sent out my offers and have gotten the same old "we're not interested in that type of deal" responses. Nobody's budging.
