Betts wasn't supposed to have big tools, that's what makes the question interesting (if one-sided). He's Devon Travis but with even better minor league stats at level-appropriate ages and a better defensive pedigree (Betts could probably hold his own at shortstop).

You could trade for Brandon Drury.

It's as if BP decided they needed more in-depth fantasy coverage but didn't want to search too hard to find new talent, and they saw that TDG already had a system in place so they just hired those guys. I don't find them to be any more informed than other random fantasy rankings sites are. With BP's history and subscription format, you'd expect they would be.
