    same thing happens all the time and that call never gets called. it's so rare that Buck, who was a catcher in the majors and around baseball since the dinosaurs disappeared and he didn't know about it.

    I'm pretty sure there is not balk rule without runners on base. a balk is due to a move meant to trick a base runner.

    this kind of lineup won them games we all expected were a sure loss the last couple years. it's entirely gross but on any given day, who knows

    as much as having Barney bat second is gross, it's not like there are many hitter that are doing more so far this year. that just says how bad the jays offense has been this year. Barney is a couple % avg ahead of Smoak with Smoak having a much better SLG. there really aren't a lot of good options for this lineup with the roster they have today
