they need to stop pitching Castro every other game. his arm will fall off by june at this pace. Gibbons is abusing him and Cecil at the same time. Just in different ways. I agree that Martin "should" get better behind the plate. he's been a stud throwing out runners. Ed is lost, but he's come around and gone off before, so lets hope it's soon. Osuna has been lights out. He's so composed for being 20. You can tell that Castro is just too pumped. get him some innings with less leverage and work with him on his release. -
people who hate Gibbons now, hated him before and will hate him later, unless the team goes on to win the WS with him and then they will get his name tattooed to their ass and name their kids Gibby. Feel sorry for that girl

Raptors sucking it again.... bad sports day for me today. Man united got their asses handed to them, Jays got sent out of Florida with their tail between their legs and the Raptors are done in the playoffs. still better than watching the leafs play.

didn't expect them to beat themselves like this. Didn't expect Jose and Ed to be hitting under .200. expected Reyes to find a way to get injured. was super surprised that they started the year with all of Osuna, Norris and Castro on the team. I could see bringing 1 of them maybe, but burning all three was a surprise. Didn't expect Travis to be this dominating. didn't expect Martin to look so bad receiving the ball

Firing AA doesn't fix everything that is wrong. Would they be willing to go out and get a baseball guy to take over, who is willing and has the understanding that the team has to be changed from the bottom up? Just changing GM wouldn't be enough. they need to change how their minor leagues are run. they need to change how they evaluate talent and they would have to start over from scratch. it would be ugly before it would be beautiful.

once a day is more than enough. We can't tell some people off for calling for bans and let others get away with it. That just creates more problems, even if you are ok with it, it is just the same as people saying fire AA 100 times.

hating a team for it's location is kind of silly. Imagine what the organization could do in a city with a proper stadium and fans showing up? Trop is a s*** hole in a place that's ridiculous to get to.

no, this is a jays forum, but more than that it is a baseball forum and it's ok to root for other teams as long as they are not starting fights. There are enough Jays fans starting s*** in here. Hurl and BTS bleed baseball and have great insight and a sense of humor, which is something that some people in this forum should put on their shopping list.

I wish we could send all of our staff from our minor league system to a course with the Tampa system. They have a solid development side that we could really benefit from. Cards are another team that just has a working organization at every level. it really shouldn't matter to people in here what team people cheer for as long as they like to talk baseball and aren't douche bags like the Os fans.
