Cecil has been humiliated by Gibbons treating of his role. Castro's fastball is flat and he really doesn't have good enough command of anything else. teams have seen this and he's going to be brutalized until he learns to command his secondary pitches.

What's going on in Baltimore is really ugly and it will have repercussions for all of the USA. Society only works if the masses agree to follow rule of law and law is respected. once the masses lose respect for law and decide not to obey society collapse. the police backing off and letting them do as they want leads other people think they can do the same. It's full on Mad Max and soon the Police with have to go full on Judge Dredd. God help us all.
