Theoretically, wouldn't he be alright if he was receiving more reps in the field than at the plate? There are better options out there for a late inning defense guy but just in isolation.

Yeah but if he does well he'll go back to Britain to try again and it'll end up as a revolving door (which may not be an awful thing). Or he may never play for TFC. Cautious optimism.

Defoe is hard to replace but ya I'd say we did v well. But if MLS forces him to NY somehow I'll probably never pay attention to the MLS ever again.

I tried to keep some traditional aspects to my lineup for plausibility, but if anyone is hitting leadoff aside from Reyes imo it should be Donaldson. Gave some thought to Saunders though. And not really that significant but Travis>Pompey right now with the bat
