  1. I suspect it's a bad caching issue. You can try to wipe out all your Safari settings or just wait like a week and Safari should flush its temporary cache automatically.
  2. Oh, it's not that. Some people don't want their old accounts back for whatever reason so I give them the option to reach out if they care.
  3. For sure, send me a PM and I'll get your accounts straightened out.
  4. That's super weird. Do me a favor and try to download Chrome on iOS (or Firefox or whatever) and then view the site. The problem with mobile browsers is that they aggressively cache data. If you got a bad page load, there's a chance your phone is holding onto that bad data and preventing you from seeing the site properly. If another browser works fine on your phone, that's likely the problem. And if you can send me a screenshot of the issue, that might help.
  5. Black is one of those guys who *should* be a capable defender but just isn't. I wouldn't play him anywhere in the infield and haven't really seen him in the outfield yet. He's fast, so he shouldn't be a disaster out there, but I'm still hesitant to think he has much value.
  6. Personally, I think this price is too low for Bichette but I'm also not a Tyler Black guy. But the basis of the piece isn't way off, IMO, and it gives a perspective on how Bichette is viewed from outside the organization. https://brewerfanatic.com/news-rumors/milwaukee-brewers/could-the-milwaukee-brewers-trade-for-bo-bichette-r2951/
  7. Less sexy after the past month, though. They traded away A LOT. But thanks for the heads-up, I'll fix that.
  8. lol no It's Los Angeles. It has no weather.
  9. Bickering is a problem but in and of itself, not a huge issue. The problem is when it tips over into grudges and name-calling, which I will try to address over time.
  10. Getting in and out of Dodger stadium is awful. You just have to get through it.
  11. 13 year career. An ERA 10% over the average pitcher and probably 13% over the average starting pitcher.
  12. Aw, come on. A mediocre career is 5-6 years and 8 WAR. Not a 13+ year career with 30 WAR and a 110 ERA+. That has to be in the top 10% of pitchers all time.
  13. Twitter is a well-oiled machine these days. No way it could possibly make a mistake like labeling something incorrectly.
  14. Yeah, I was looking at this. It's tagged on X as sensitive content, which I suspect means it will not embed because it's not supposed to show for users in a logged-out state. That's my hypothesis, anyway.
  15. I don't really believe that, even as an American. All of these guys are in the top 1%. Toronto is a great city, I would not hesitate for a moment to live there or in Canada generally. It's not as if most players keep their permanent home in their playing city anyway, they just live there for six months.
  16. I think the farm is a factor but only when coupled with Vlad and Bo. For example, if the Jays had an outstanding farm, that might be a counterweight to the Guerrero/Bichette uncertainty. It's both coupled together that is the problem.
  17. Anyway, as to your question. I lived in the LA area for nine-ish years but only went to Dodgers Stadium maybe 5-6 times (was much closer to Anaheim). You have absolutely no concerns wearing road gear in a SoCal stadium. LA in particular is 50% transplants anyway so there will be lots of Jays gear around the stadium.
  18. I asked a question on the jays subreddit and had the post taken down for... reasons. I f***ing hate reddit. Anyway, welcome to a place you will not be banned!
  19. They'd prefer not to spend but they have to, otherwise they could lose access to revenue sharing. At the end of the day, John Fisher isn't going to change his stripes. But also, good for Rooker. He bounced around for several years before almost falling out of the sport.
  20. How often are fantasy sports discussed here? One or two of our sites have a fantasy forum, the others do not. It really depends how popular such things are.
