kcjaysfan Verified Member Posted May 10, 2013 Posted May 10, 2013 He just missed it. I think it's time for DeRosa to hit one out.
deadlee Verified Member Posted May 10, 2013 Posted May 10, 2013 He hits that tomorrow, its a goner!!!
dineke Old-Timey Member Posted May 10, 2013 Posted May 10, 2013 no he wasn't... 3 runs and if Rasmus caught the fly ball that he should have, it would have been even better. it was one of the best starts any starter has had this year. not sure what you were watching 5 walks plus quite a few hard hit balls... and I mean s***** in terms of what we expect from Dickey not from the average pitcher.
Angrioter Old-Timey Member Posted May 10, 2013 Posted May 10, 2013 Dingerless game Jays must prove they can win without hitting home runs.
LGBJ29 Verified Member Posted May 10, 2013 Posted May 10, 2013 i thought he was gonna call that strike 3
kcjaysfan Verified Member Posted May 10, 2013 Posted May 10, 2013 5 walks plus quite a few hard hit balls... and I mean s***** in terms of what we expect from Dickey not from the average pitcher. To be fair, some of those walks were due to a postage stamp sized strike zone.

johannson Verified Member Posted May 10, 2013 Posted May 10, 2013 every other team plays their defence perfectly against us
johannson Verified Member Posted May 10, 2013 Posted May 10, 2013 Jon Lester vs Ramon Ortiz tomorrow lmao please tell me ur kidding?
Abomination Old-Timey Member Posted May 10, 2013 Posted May 10, 2013 Jon Lester vs Ramon Ortiz tomorrow lmao I'm actually more concerned about Saturday with Buchholz vs Buehrle. It'll be interesting to see Buchholz arm that game ...
LGBJ29 Verified Member Posted May 10, 2013 Posted May 10, 2013 please tell me ur kidding? with i was Leadoff single, grrrrreat
GD Old-Timey Member Posted May 10, 2013 Posted May 10, 2013 We don't have one. Are you trying to tell me that Ramon Ortiz isn't ace-quality?
IBTrini Verified Member Posted May 10, 2013 Posted May 10, 2013 5 walks plus quite a few hard hit balls... and I mean s***** in terms of what we expect from Dickey not from the average pitcher. Those walks are a product of the bad calls. I don't usually question bad calls if it is consistent to both sides however tonight it just wasn't the case.
fatcowxlive Old-Timey Member Posted May 10, 2013 Author Posted May 10, 2013 Why you like Escobar so much? I always liked his batting and fielding especially when he first came, so I stuck to him.
GD Old-Timey Member Posted May 10, 2013 Posted May 10, 2013 And we split the series. I already know it. Honestly, splitting the series really isn't all that bad, all things considered.
LGBJ29 Verified Member Posted May 10, 2013 Posted May 10, 2013 I'm actually more concerned about Saturday with Buchholz vs Buehrle. It'll be interesting to see Buchholz arm that game ... first 2 games are huge mismatches. We'll be lucky to take a game that series
cesarb182 Verified Member Posted May 10, 2013 Posted May 10, 2013 i hate gibbons so much, i can't even look at him
IBTrini Verified Member Posted May 10, 2013 Posted May 10, 2013 To be fair, some of those walks were due to a postage stamp sized strike zone. The same strike zone was not given to both team from what I was seeing.
johannson Verified Member Posted May 10, 2013 Posted May 10, 2013 Honestly, splitting the series really isn't all that bad, all things considered. if we wanna gain any ground, we cant be splitting series' at this point
Aristotles-Bumhole Verified Member Posted May 10, 2013 Posted May 10, 2013 I always liked his batting and fielding especially when he first came, so I stuck to him. Are you wearing his jersey right now??
LGBJ29 Verified Member Posted May 10, 2013 Posted May 10, 2013 Loney took his bunting lessons from Bonifacio
