  1. George Springer also needs to find his rhythm at the plate if the Blue Jays are going to shut the door. Somewhere, John Candy would be nodding in approval lol knowing this is the kind of grit and fire that defines true Toronto sports moments .
  2. Here we go again. The Dodgers’ bullpen is basically an open buffet, and the Jays stroll in like they’re allergic to runs. If they don’t score here somebody hide the remote before I start throwing things lol
  3. It must feel amazing to be a Blue Jays fan in LA right now, watching the team silence the crowd. Even Snoop Dogg looks like he can’t believe what he’s seeing lol The Dodger Stadium energy is so quiet you can hear every crack of the bat echo across the park.
  4. Remember those epic moments in the 1993 World Series when the Jays just wouldn’t stop working those counts against the Phillies? It wasn’t about crushing homers every time, but those patient, tough at-bats that wore down pitchers and led to clutch hits, like Joe’s walk-off. Honestly feels like déjà vu watching the Jays now grinding through quality at-bats in this series against the Dodgers, showing the same kind of scrappy, never-quit attitude at the plate.
  5. Springer didn’t get the hit there, but it was still a solid at-bat. He fought off tough pitches and drove up Glasgow’s count, giving his teammates a good look at what he’s throwing .
  6. Kirk is honestly clutch as hell for the Jays—dude’s posted a .282 average, 15 bombs, 76 RBIs this year and keeps coming up big late in games. Incredible.
  7. I thought that was a good effort by the Jays! Feeling good 😊
