    I didn't say give LGJ regular DH AB's that'd be dumn, the revolving door reference was for using guys for DH days. Sheesh... lol

    That's what guys like Biggio/Merrifield/Espinal and to an extent Moreno are for, their versatility, even Gurriel can get AB's as a 1B and revolve the door at DH, for half days off etc, to save on wear and tear, etc... As for acquiring an OF, that's why I'm mentioning him as a 4th OF in the first place. They should sign Conforto on a 1 year deal shouldn't be expensive and he needs to get his value back up. IDK... just spitballing.

    Aye... Gotcha. If you really want just compare the bats to position at league average, just use wRC+, right? Like CF wRC+ would likely be quite low I'd think. 1B/OF for the others. That's what I was thinking aloud basically, Mary Jane dude. Hah!

    So what you're saying is Tapia's a better player going forward? I find it highly unlikely if so. And isn't relevant to this team at all, just saying. Tapia should be fired into the Sun. LGJ is a better 4th OF option. Defensively they can roster an all glove CF again for peanuts and use Merrifield as the immediate backup to Springer in CF. Hell, lets see how Biggio looks in CF with reps in camp. ETA: Wow they all suck, Castellanos not as bad, but for his money... *pukes*
