That doesn't compute and would be quite unwise, regardless, he isn't going anywhere is my point. No-one will be looking for Berrios with that contract and the way he finished last season, lets keep it real.

Can we get some suggestions of trades for Berrios from these clubs? It'd have to be a bad contract for a bad contract type of challenge trade, and I find it highly unlikely that Toronto will move him for that, he still brings value at the back of a championship team's rotation. It'd be a festivus miracle if "Boss" Atkins could pull that off, I'm hoping for a good 2.5 to 3 RA9 WAR season, he might opt out, but I don't think he will, even if that were the case.

They'll be talking to a lot more players than Ketel Marte, there's also Turner and Bellinger and top SP FA's not to mention all players available in trade. You were wrong, cope now.

PS. Those Fangraph ranks you fellas are citing was pre - 2025. They don't hold much water anymore. Yesavage was ranked 148 without throwing a pitch yet, just sayin' 🤷♂️ ETA: Clarke is now ranked 83 by their update at the end of the season. Not bad, he's right there with Tiedemann and Bloss atm, Yesavage was 35th overall and that was before the postseason, lol. Nimalla at 37... are farm is pretty strong now. Even after trading Stephen Roden and Wagner etc... losing Stephen might sting, he's at 73
