    Well you keep saying what had Atkins done in his tenure, how else am I or anyone reading that without thinking this season is over and his last? Personally if he doesn't make the post season I think they should punt him and move on, especially if they want to keep Crick in the org. There's plenty of time to develop players and restock the farm, a lot of players on the farm have made decent strides this season, and there's still plenty of ways to acquire and add over that same timeframe to the MLB club, it isn't dire. Hopefully it works out.

    Of course, Rogers weren't going to let Atkins sell in '17, not after the season they just had. The point is they had nothing left, with a bottom 5 farm at best. We all get that this team hasn't won a game yet, what's the point, you have to get there, anything can happen after that, and this window isn't closed. Meh, agree to disagree here dude.

    Ughhh... he left them with a barrened team on a 1 year window, sure the run was nice but we got in on a WC game and took off from there. Atkins has had these guys contending for 4 years now, yet here we are, and I like AA. Low level insults, lol. Thicker skin, mate.
