    Bregman's market didn't crater, he didn't get the term he wanted but 40AAV over 3 seasons is an overpay. IMO. And yes the Jays were finalists for those players. You don't think so?

    BOD leaked he wanted 10/400M at the beginning of the offseason to Big C. He certainly wants more than that after, Soto. I'd give him the big number with a bunch of deferrals and years with a 5 year opt out. Something like 550M with a bunch of deferrals that drop the number to something more like 10/400M. 40AAV is plenty for the greedy bastard, lol... 😂😜

    The difference in team total fWAR and Standing projections would be strength of schedule, right? You kind of said so yourself yesterday in concerns of our bloodbath division, that's what I get out of this conundrum.

    What are you guys talking about in concern to Vegas? They pin an over under on betting wins, this moves up and down by action wagered on the outcome, it has little to nothing to do with the actual team. lol

    Tigers manager A.J. Hinch said Wednesday that Cobb will be set back for about a month due to right hip inflammation, Cody Stavenhagen of The Athletic reports. Analysis Cobb's hip began bothering him as he was building up his offseason throwing program. He's been given a platelet-rich plasma injection and will be limited to rehab for a while. The veteran righty has some history with hip issues, although it was his left hip that he had surgery on last offseason. With Cobb likely to miss at least the first month of the season, there's an open spot in the Tigers' rotation. Casey Mize, Matt Manning, Kenta Maeda, Ty Madden, Brant Hurter and Keider Montero could all be in the mix to fill in.
