It looks like we can't make edits until you open the draft room/finalize draft, and everyone makes their cuts. It does not recognize Waiver drafts yet. Edit: I copied and dummied this league, we can move picks manually in the draft room when it starts, just have to pause the draft a few minutes, make the adjustments and voila.
