    Who knows, but it's an option. Check your pick queue options, you'll see the checkbox's there, seriously.

    There's an option to use their queue at the end of their clock, their bypassing the auto-pick, so they should be legit.

    He used his queue pick as a final window auto-pick, it's in the settings.
