I understand this guy's point to an extent, but hold your f***ing horses man, it's mid-May for one, and Vladito wasn't mentioned once in this piece? Take a look at fWAR pal...

Vlad's almost half a Win better at this point. I get Ohtani comes with bells and whistles, but Vlad being omitted from this article is egregious.
FTJ isn't human... stole second, slid past the bag and did the splits to stay on the bag, what an athlete.

Can't say I have confidence in Richards against the Jays, doubt he proves me wrong.
Chicken Strips last game against the Braves...

Damn!
True story, I started a *SUCK FARTS YANKEES Clap chant*... at the game with people from this forum... HAH! Yankee fans weren't fond especially the 2 right in front of me, some laughed. Good Times!
Really, his past numbers and peripherals don't pass the sniff test, I guess he's an option, but at this point I'd rather not do it altogether.
Yes, no doubt, our injuries make this likely a bad choice ATM, as I edited my post above, Strip has been as expected, possibly more concerning bad luck. His K/BB has been fine, also.
Question is who opens against the heart of the order? It'd have to be a high leverage arm like Chatwood, Dolis, etc.
He seems fine as a #5 type, he's been considerably unlucky just by looking at his BABIP. He's also faced a healthy offense in the Yanks, Angels, Astros and Braves twice. It's about what you expect from him, unless he spins another gem like last time out and we might have something, we'll see.
It's funny watching all this on MLBN he's got good stuff. AJ Hinch made me laugh this morning, paraphrasing... "he doesn't realize how good his stuff is, last night was an example, he has to trust his stuff and stop nibbling" I believe he is correct.
Yeah, he's a moron. He basically invited it to happen, all because he hit a HR off a 3-0 count to a positional player in Astudillo, all bets are off when you bring in a tree stump pitching 45 MPH... piss off TL.
ETA: Also, lol @ the bolded, well played.
