It was noted in the past that the PA were to look for a significant increase in salary or reduction in control, last I heard. It was a huge point in negotiations from what I gathered, have you read different? -

He wasn't constrained to MLB Network one bit. He still was free of his point of view, etc via twitter as per usual, his main grounds of employment remain at the Athletic. Fox, MLBN and ESPN use him as a sub worker for those pieces of work, period.
