    I hear you but I feel like we can't continue on playing with such small margins for error and remain consistently successful. At some point the line up needs to increase that margin or else the laws of probability will catch up.

    I feel that Okamoto isn't quite the offensive profile Ross was hoping for as I think he was hoping for more contact and plate discipline. Although he's still providing surplus value on the 3/30 he signed, don't be surprised if he's included in a deal in the off season if it brings in a middle of the order type player that fits more of the profile that Ross can't refuse.

    Yeah batting Bateman lead off against a LHP even, is a bit aggressive on JS' part. Hopefully he'll prove us wrong.

    If Atkins wanted another multi positional LHH hitting bench type, why not call up Harry? Why sign Smith, cause he was good two years ago? Horrible forward looking thinking.

    I wouldn't have trusted Smith to advance the runner by swinging away, he sucks big time. Should have bunted the runner over, even though it goes against the book when you're on the road.
