    You are right. The Orioles have several prospects lined up for call-ups, while the Blue Jays don't have many top 100 prospects because of our poor development system. The Orioles are going to get better as time passes when they promote guys like Jackson Holliday, Colton Cowser, Jordan Westburg, etc...
