    It actually does. It slows down your reaction time a tiny bit, which means you can't wait on pitches as long as you could at a lighter weight. A pot belly is not a good thing to have if you want good batspeed

    David Wells had a history of occassionally getting into fights. Not just with himself but with others too And yes, MLB teams will often lie about what really happened. In the minors sometimes too. I knew a guy who had to go into the hospital for 2 weeks because he caught an antibiotic resistant strain of gonorrhea.
