All comes down to if they extend Berrios and ray or replace ray with someone equivalent. Have to extend Bo and vlad too ugh....scared.

No way, a part of gathering assets is to use them to acquire other assets you need...The jays are deep in the middle infield with groshans, etc...It doesn;t work this way.

totally disagree. If they extend berrios and SWR and Martin do not amt to much this trade will be viewed very favourably, especially if they already talked extension....

This is usign extremes, you can not like the trade and not think it's RA dickey 2.0 or a disaster either, there is a middle ground. It's the over the top hyperbole that is ridiculous/

The Brewers and Giants are still looking to add an impact bat, per source. The Blue Jays are also seeking a bat, even after dealing two top prospects for Jose Berríos. Looks like the jays are still looking to add a bat.

I think extension is key, if they sign him to one I am ok with this tbh, if not then def not. Of course they can afford him, the jays have payroll flexibility.

Not really, berrios is here again next season and the team will be very good, all comes down to an extension..things are not bleak lol at some of theese over reactons. Tis team will be in contention the next few years, so bleak.

Dickey was a knuckleballer close to 40...any comparison is idiotic..period. Berrios has many more good years left...dickey never.

Only time well tell if he got hosed really...just silly reactions as per the norm... Both prospects have struggled this year.

I trust atkins has a good enough view into that then we do, if there is a lockout and they don't sign him to an extension then yeah it's real bad.

Cool, has nothing to do with my post..I was simply talking about his comment on him being third string starter..thats it. This trade could turn into anything, point? Barrios to dickey is laughably bad comparison imo.
