Look at that someone else is agreeing with me.
Alford should not be anyway near the blue jays top 40 prospects.
He should have to earn is way back into the top 40.
Is it just me or are the batting averages all the league way down.
Some of the so called best hitting players are hitting under 250.
Or is the pitching that much better.
Like Bryce Harper is hitting 243
Josh Donaldson who has been hurt for most the games .234
This year they is only 10 players hitting over 300. American league
And in the national league they is only 9 players hitting 300.
KING
Are these two players the jays signed on wednesday
Pedro Ventura and Anthony Rodriguez here for good
or just until the end of the dsl season. Are a little old
but down there.
I hate to admit it but the jays management is doing actually a good job.
It starts from the top and works it's way down. good top people and it's
starting to work it's way down. The team itself is crap but they are good pieces to
add to it. and the farm system is now ranked any where from 3 to the 7 best in
the league. And have two of the top 10 prospects in mlb. Have made mistakes
like Josh Donaldson not being traded at the start of the season. And the fact that team is one of the oldest teams in the
league. And my personnel opinion is John Gibbons should be fired. With the team going younger finally
team should have a guy who has new ways to do things. and teach at the same time.
The way the team looks for next year looks pretty nice.

He's fast. Has to hit to use that so called speed.
So is he a home run hitter
Is he a batting ave. guy.
is he a base stealer
A rbi guy
what is he.
Anthony Alford
How is Gabriel Moreno s***. He's hitting 360 in Bluefiled.
Overall this season he's hitting 402. with 3 home runs, and 32 rbi.
And in 117 abs he has strike out 9 times. And he adds to the catching depth.
Any news on the international free agent front for the blue jays KING.
Use to get that info from baseball America but now
it seems you have to pay for that s***.
Fact of the matter I wanted you all to open your eyes and talk about this. And see that he is over rated.
Yes I rank him 103 but got you all talking and ban for it.To be honest right now I would rank him between 40
and 50. And he was pushed up the system to fast. And has had a lot of injuries. Right now to be fair he should be in single a or double a.
Starting over. But it has been five years. Nobody actually knows what he is?
Vlad in all likely hood will not start the season with the jays next year.
And how do you figure he does not qualified as a prospect. Have you lost
your mine. If anything he might do with him what they did with carlos delgado.
up and down to start.
Thank you. Looks like you are right.
Do you think the jays will sign more.
Last two years signed about 90 players
Could be more. 90 per cent of this years dsl team
are 2017 signings.
In my opinion the blue jays farm system is deeper now then what it was when AA was here. The only weakest i see
is at first base and maybe still in the outfield. But from what i have seen from Spanberger that could change.
And in the outfield they still have a lot of up and coming prospects to watch for.
Like Tanner Kirwer, Mc Gregory Contreras, Rodrigo Orozco, Chavez young and Dominic Abbadessa. And Ryan Noda.
But he was drafted as a first basemen.
So let me get this straight. Your saying Nate does not stay at number 4. But Other players have dropped way down
on the blue jays top 30 prospects. but Anthony Alford who is injured a lot, batting ave. sucks. Has not improved at
all in five years stays in the top 5. Has no home run power, can't steal cases. but if I or any body else say something
about this guy every has a cow. In my top what ever he's stays some way between 35 or 40 until he gets his
s*** together. And earns that back. And beats out other prospects who are improving ever year. And does Not have it handed to him.
As of right now the blue jays top prospect are very very deep.
I'd say between 70 and 75 right now. More good young players.
One of the upcoming players though the jays system. If he
keeps taking steps forward watch out for this guy. he is bound to
make the jays top 50 soon. Maybe by the end of this year. or some time next year. So far this
year he is hitting 320 give or take. One more player to keep a eye on is Tanner Kirwer. And for pitching this
Marcus Reyes guy is kicking ass
Last year the jays signed three international free agents.
I'm wondering were the jays put them. Juan Acosta and
Nelfi Santos, Eddyzon Monero Any with any ideas.
Good young pitcher with a good fastball.
So far between two leagues he's 2 and 1
with a 1.86 overall ave. with 20 strike outs.
and 1 walk. Has long way to go but at 18 is
a kid to watch down the road.
As of right now the blue jays have a very deep prospect pool. (100)
Hope he keeps improving. Might be a better bullpen guy though then starter but we
will see.
But is not improving. Which is what you want in a prospect. Like other prospect are.
For example. Chavez Young, Dominic Abbadessa, Brock Lundquist, and others
Mind you other prospects are not Rowdy Tellez, Richard Uruna, Jon Harris, Samad Taylor
