It's mainly in California, but there are other locations in Arizona and Utah. Only a few in other states. Anyway, I think it's pretty good.

I'll take your word for it. I would just be surprised if a team that just won 56 games would let their top scorer go, then rely on a guy like Powell, and expect to go further.
