It's crazy how precipitous his fall has been, but I'm happy Chris Davis got paid. Dude hit 159 HR and put up 15.2 WAR 2012-2015, helping Baltimore make the playoffs twice and was paid 26.2M. The fact the dumbass Orioles themselves signed him to that ridiculous megadeal and now he's must watch TV for all the wrong reasons is wildly f***ing hilarious.

Well you can only play where they tell you to but he was 23 in AA and his AAA team was freakin Vegas, I think it's fair to pump the brakes a bit on drooling over his 2018 season line. The scout did use "try and" though so clearly he's a boob, argument withdrawn.
