    I thought I already heard that Farrell is pitching Price Sunday no matter what. It keeps him on his regular rest schedule, and sets him up perfectly for game 2 of the ALDS. What a huge, ironic blow up in your face that scenario could turn out to be for the Jays decision makers. The big pitcher you decided NOT to go after ends up being the guy who eliminates you from getting into the post-season.

    The poetic irony of Baseball could very well be demonstrated on Sunday by the Jays being eliminated from the post-season by Price, the pitcher they chose not to even try and go after.

    I love the irony of baseball. Home team keeps the visitors scoreless means their pitching and D was spectacular..... ....but when the visitors do the same to you, clearly it means your offence sucks.

    A team that can't score with RISP, can't score with a runner on 3rd and no outs, and the over-whelming majority of the time (in the entire regular and post-season) can't execute basic, fundamental baseball, is going to get burned and deserves the fate they play themselves into. They went as far as they deserved. The team that played better baseball won. That being said, the organization that takes a team that loses it's ace, and left-fielder in spring traing, then their rookie of the year candidate infleder soon after, is 8 games out come the All-Star break...BUT...then makes the moves and the team goes on to end a 22 year playoff drought by playing exciting, meaningful late season, WINNING baseball, wins the division by 6 games, and comes within 2 games of the World Series? They deserve a lot of thanks and praise too. GO JAYS!!!!!! Opening Day 2016 can't come fast enough!

    How do we know Davis is out, and Joe Buck doesn't??? Are we wrong, or is Buck/Fox being dumb and lazy and assuming with their coverage?

    So, Joe Buck thinks the game and series is over. He's sure Price is going to free-agancy now 0-8 in the playoffs. Like there's no chance we can't win this with still 6 outs to go and win tomorrow and get Price a shot at a World Series win THIS year??? I didn't have an opinion really on him until now...but F U Joe Buck, you arrogant piece of s***!
