    We are really missing the longball this year. Deadball early in the season not withstanding, last year we led the league with 262, this year we will be lucky to finish with 195 homeruns. I haven't crunched the numbers but I bet it is among the biggest dropoff for any team vs 2021.

    Look at the large mass of players who swing at less than 50% but are also below 100WRc+. Lot of below average batters who are selective?

    As s***** as we played, the Yanks didn't look that great. They're totally beatable.

    The thing is this. Was 2021 a mirage? AAA ball parks? Luck? Was he just ambushing pitchers? What the hell happened? Is his ego out of control? Or is he just not as good as his pedigree?
