  1. Team Science is baseball equivalent of Banting/Best. You know, the guys who isolated insulin hormone and won the Nobel Prize. Team Flat earth are the baseball equivalent of the guys who got a picture of Bigfoot.
  2. Elly tried to stretch it. not this time.
  3. Serven with the gun.
  4. Winning is a fringe benefit at this point. The Jays got to see what they have. If not now, when?
  5. Blue Jay bombers!
  6. I kind of feel bad saying he was washed minutes before he announced his retirement. ...well not really. Great career. Next stop Cooperstown Joey.
  7. Springer dinger. Have a series George!
  8. All of baseball knows that Votto is washed except for the Toronto Blue Jays apparently. Embarrassing.
  9. Soon to relocate to Japan next year .
  10. Jays Win!
  11. Maile takes the mound:cool:
  12. HR contest orgasm tonight.
  13. Kirky goes yard! I like how he doesn't fit into the hr jacket. b2b jacks!!! Horror witz!
  14. I listened but didn't hear any great points.
  15. And in 2026, 2027
  16. Springer dinger, chicken dinner.
  17. Hope so but it's 20 ab's.
  18. Let's wait and see if Clement can be a league average bat who can play defense before we christen him with the starting infielder label.
  19. Yes, this. Teams will pay for his ceiling. Doesn't matter how 2024 goes at this point. If the Jays don't move him in the off-season can you imagine being in a wild card position next season and the Jays trade him at the deadline and then fall out of contention. More bad press for this org.
  20. Barger's errors are not acceptable for a mlb player. Sorry.
  21. One day maybe a Sportsnet reporter will break a story about the Jays instead of regurgitating the crumbs from others.
  22. Having listened (not to the whole segment) my impression is: The closest he came to taking a shot at the front office was his "failing to pivot" comment. Which is fair given how the season has played out. Secondly, his "unfixable" comment to me was a sort of acceptance of it is what it is relating to the current talent level of the team. He seems to be a realist.
  23. Nice start Bowden. Fido goes yard! The good guys with the W.
  24. Swing the bat Ernie.
