Just look at the Jays ALCS the past two years, they got manhandled two times in a row by basically the same type of team, homeruns or nothing does not give you championships. Timely hitting and shutdown bullpens fly flags not selfish sit back on my back leg and swing for the moon type of players.

Stats aside the Jays players are easily one of the most selfish bunch of players on a single team I have ever seen, everyone wants to crush the ball and be the hero. Watch good teams and no one cares about who gets the job done, as long as the line keeps moving. Not with the Jays, it's homerun or bust with this team for the past decade it seems.

Oh well we will always have 2020 to look forward to with some young talent. We had our 2 year run in the playoffs with the same home run or nothing approach and we got beat in the ALCS by the same type of team 2 years in a row. Rebuild will be fun to watch though so trying to stay positive. -
