    I'm hearing a bit of Yankees bias. Maybe it is just me, but the person I'm watching the game with notices the same.

    At first, Pennington was filling in nicely on defense. But the last few games, he looks like Reyes out there. With Tulo in the game today, the Jays win it because they turn that doubleplay where Penny threw wide. And obviously offensively it is a huge downgrade. But I also think team morale and team confidence took a hit. Look at the way the team was playing after the trades, and now look. Tulo goes down and the team is just missing that extra little bit to push them over the top right now.

    I really think the Tulp effect is really hurting the Jays. Since going down last Sunday, the Jays have been playing pretty bad baseball. Very sloppy defensively and seems like they don't have as much confidence. It seems to have hurt team morale. Not having Goins at second has hurt the team quite a bit on D. And the lineup just doesn't have the same look. Just my opinion

    I really hope the Jays find a way to win this. But they sure don't deserve to win this game

    Not true at all. Buehrle hasn't had the same velocity or location lately. He even admitted it himself that he is frustrated with how it is going. It is sad to say, but Buehrle looks to be done as an effective starter. His arm has a ton of miles on it and it was only a matter of time before it dropped off.

    Had a trip planned to Boston next week with the girlfriend that we were going to see the Tuesday and Wednesday game before heading to Cape Cod. She breaks up over text tonight. So rattled I don't get to see the Jays in fenway

    I still can't stop laughing at that Martinez dive at first base. He basically just fell down as soon as the ball was hit. Should have been an easy out. Even Pat Tabler was laughing as he watched the replay.

    Wouldn't panic just yet. Still very early, but early results are disappointing. It has been a long year for him and is adjusting to pro ball. His walk rates are way out of whack so they should hopefully come down soon. Does anyone have gb % or will that be tough to get? He fell on draft day because he struggled a bit down the stretch IIRC. So hopefully he hasnt peaked and still has room to grow. The one thing that worries me is that he seems like he has average stuff but no real plus pitches. Dont want to see another safe college arm that turns into McGuire or Jenkins. Let's see how next year goes before we really start to panic. Give him a fresh start in pro ball. Still have a lot of hope in him to be a middle rotation guy

    Perez is such a loser. Guy jumps over the third base line after getting yanked. Walk off the field and act like you give a s*** you most likely just blew it for your team.

    The Indians have taken 4 out of the last 6 from the Yankees and are leading again today. Cut the negativity.

    I enjoy going to a game knowing it won't be rained out and it will always be in pretty comfortable conditions.
