    I called a walkoff homerun by Donaldson to my Dad when it started raining at Rogers Center earlier in the game. Said that is an omen for later in the game when Donaldson walks it off. What a game. Wowwwwwww

    Their numbers indicate that no they don't. One of the worst in baseball at scoring runs. Im just happy the White Sox won one game against the Yankees. As great as it is when the Yankees lose, if the Blue Jays win, who cares.

    The last few weeks it has become obvious the Jays players have no respect for Barry Davis. Almost every on-field interview after games they interrupt or do something to the player being interviewed to screw it up for Barry. And then watching the celebration video really showed how they really could care less about what he is doing. It really must be embarassing for him.

    Every person in the media has said he is really banged up right now. And pretty sure Gibby just said it as well. How clueless are you? Do you think the Jays would rather have Donaldson and Smoak/Cola in the lineup or Donaldson and Barney? Sometimes you just have to suck it up and do what is best for the player and team

    A lot of rumours that he was not great in the clubhouse. Plus he could only really play 3b which Donaldson hardly has a game off.

    Are people actually mad at Gibby for DHing Donaldson? The guy is clearly banged up and needs a rest. So either he doesn't play at all or is DH. What would you rather have? Donaldson is struggling big time right now, maybe some time off from the field gets him back in his groove and gets him that much needed rest.

    Donaldson is not in the field for a reason. The guy is a warrior. If he is only the DH, it is for a reason. I'm not crazy about Gibby, but some of the stuff people bitch at him about is ridiculous.

    I think you have to run with Cola for a bit. Smoak has been very bad lately and failed in a lot of big spots. See if Cola can get hot and ride him down the stretch. Put Smoak in late innings for D

    If the Jays win the division, they will have home field advantage first round. Can't see the Rangers having a better record than the Jays

    If Cespedes comes back to reality, which seems like he is, this Mets team will not fare too well in the playoffs. Great young pitching staff, but can't compete with Greinke and Kershaw. They are a few years away from being legitimate contenders. Probably get swept first round by the Dodgers
